Syracuse police ask public for help finding missing 80-year-old man with dementia

Syracuse, N.Y. — Syracuse police are asking the public for help finding an 80-year-old man who went missing Thursday afternoon.
Charles Santoro was last seen leaving Upstate Community Hospital around 4 p.m., Syracuse police said. He left the hospital in a 2017 Grey Nissan Armada with New York license plate GKN-7865. He was wearing a grey jacket and blue jeans, police said.
